Our Customer Experience Team is looking for a proactive, resourceful, and customer-focused individual to join us as a Customer Experience Associate. We need someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, possesses excellent communication skills, and demonstrates a strong ability to multitask effectively.

In this role, you’ll take ownership of resolving client and talent concerns with professionalism and streamlining processes to ensure seamless operations. You’ll also play a crucial role in enhancing customer satisfaction by addressing issues promptly, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating closely with internal teams to deliver outstanding service.

  1. Critically analyze and respond to queries from our customers and their employees
  2. Proactively track requests and ensure they are 100% resolved - own your work from A to Z
  3. Deliver exceptional customer service, building trust and strong relationships with clients and talents.
  4. Take ownership of customer requests, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolution.
  5. Assist in improving our internal processes and knowledge system
  6. Advocate for customer needs internally, driving continuous improvements in processes.

What we are looking for…

  • Fluency in English - written and spoken.
  • 3 - 5 years experience in a client-facing role, ideally in a remote environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Passion for delivering outstanding customer service and fostering strong relationships.
  • Effective collaborator, able to support other team members.
  • Ability to monitor the progress of your requests and anticipate roadblocks.
  • Show resilience in times of pressure.
  • Startup experience is a plus.
  • A quiet environment for making calls and a reliable internet connection.
  • Desirable (but not required): Remote working experience. Worked with international companies. HR knowledge is a plus.
