Job Details
Ksisters is seeking an independent, proactive, and fast learner to handle customer inquiries and ensure satisfaction. The ideal candidate will thrive in a flexible environment and collaborate with the team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Attend to customers’ enquiries through phone call, email, social media platforms.
- Follow-up on all customer requests.
- Assist customers with after-sales service issues.
- Handle sales orders and exchanges/returns.
- Manage customer’s complaints and initialise service recovery.
- Assist customers’ on Shopify custom order.
- Provide customer service insights to the Ksisters’ team.
- Liaise with our courier partners to ensure smooth delivery.
- Liaise with our stockist or partners on product delivery etc.
- Handle any other ad hoc duties as designated.
Requirements:
- Familiarity with Zendesk, Shopify, TikTok and Shopee is a plus.
