Job Details
Purafil, part of Filtration Group, seeks a Customer Experience Manager to drive seamless customer experience in the US and beyond.
Responsibilities:
- Customer Advocacy and Journey Mapping: Build strong customer relationships, implement customer experience strategy, and map customer journeys.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a liaison between departments to align efforts and create seamless customer experience.
- Project Management: Manage projects to improve customer experience.
- Data Analysis: Create and manage reporting of customer metrics, identify trends, and leverage technology to enhance the customer experience.
- Continuous Improvement: Refine the customer experience using tools like PowerBI.
- Inside Sales: Identify opportunities for upselling and account growth.
- Customer Service: Foster partner relationships, investigate complaints, and resolve issues.
- Enter orders, manage SalesForce cases, and handle order management tasks.
Qualifications:
- Embraces Filtration Group’s values and culture.
- Passionate, assertive leader with an entrepreneurial orientation.
- Ability to travel 10% of the time.
- Familiarity with SalesForce or similar CRM tool preferred.
- Detail oriented and data driven.
- Strong communication skills.
Work Environment: This is a remote position that will require occasional travel.
