Job Details

Playaway Products team is hiring a Full-Time Customer Experience Representative to support the growing business.

Focus on providing exceptional customer support to public libraries and PreK-12 schools, building and maintaining internal relationships with Account Managers and stakeholders.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Provide thorough, customized support as the first line of inbound communications (phones, emails, live chat).
  • Manage business orders (entry, tracking, shelf-ready processing).
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with Public Library and PreK-12 Account Managers and internal partners for effective resolutions and messaging.
  • Facilitate business-critical information and customer data updates in CRM tools.
  • Provide customer training on Playaway Products and web properties.
  • Quick adoption and mastery of internal CRM (NetSuite) and customer support software (Zendesk).
  • Superior critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Proactive and takes ownership of tasks.
  • Positive and optimistic mindset.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in smart devices and computers.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, OneDrive).
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to shift focus in a fast-paced environment.
  • Works well independently and as part of a team.
