Job Details

Role Overview The Customer Success Account Manager will work closely with existing customers to transition them to a new 3D software offering. You'll promote the new software, handle contractual processing, support onboarding, and gather feedback on adoption.

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage customers eligible for migration to the new software product.
  2. Collaborate with marketing to develop and execute marketing outreach plans (emails, webinars, etc.) to build interest in the new product version.
  3. Become proficient in the new product's functionality, key features, and value proposition.
  4. Conduct regular outreach to customers and manage follow-ups (email & phone) to support migration efforts.
  5. Close migration opportunities by executing contracts and gaining commitment to the transition.
  6. Facilitate a smooth transition to the training team for customer onboarding and training.
  7. Gather feedback on product adoption, and share customer insights to improve processes.
  8. Process migrations in Salesforce and assist customers with add-on services, products, and subscription changes.
  9. Manage "at risk" situations and collaborate with internal teams to address customer requests, issues, and feedback.

Requirements:

  • Strong German and English communication skills (native or C2/C1 level).
  • 3+ years of experience in Customer Service, Customer Success, Account Management, or related customer-facing roles.
  • 1+ year of software experience is a plus.
  • Highly organized, experienced in sales, renewals, and negotiations.
  • Passion for excellent customer experience.
  • Professional presence, able to effectively communicate with customers via email and phone.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and experience with creative solutions.
  • Experience with Microsoft Suite and Salesforce.
  • CAD software or industry experience is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Availability during EMEA business hours (9am - 5pm).
