As an Onboarding Project Coordinator, you are the face of CENTEGIX™ and will act as the primary point of contact for new & some existing clients, providing a high-touch onboarding experience for their Safety Platform solution, from the initial introduction call, through the information collection, administrative and technical setup, to successful completion of their testing cycles and training of their end users.
Position Responsibilities
Customer Onboarding
- Assist Project Managers with onboarding new Safety Platform customers
- Assist Project Managers with onboarding existing conversion customers, as well as manage some conversions independently
- Manage the onboarding for new stand alone Visitor Management and Reunification customers
- Manage the onboarding for stand alone Blueprint customers
- Manage all construction projects, site moves and portables
- Manage EMS/WeTip projects, if applicable
- Coordinate any equipment installation with the customers as necessary
- Adhere to Onboarding Playbook and SOPs
Project Coordination
- Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating the installation of all products for our customers, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time and within scope.
- Assist Onboarding Project Managers with various project tasks as needed.
- Build strong relationships with customers to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
Customer training
- Conduct virtual and sometimes onsite customer training sessions on Visitor Management, Reunification & Safety Blueprint products.
Collaboration
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including, Onboarding Project Managers, Sales, Solutions, Command Center, Service Delivery, Customer Success, Product, Warehouse, Field Services, and etc, to ensure seamless project execution.
Documentation
- Maintain accurate records of project details, customer interactions, and installation schedules using Monday.com and Salesforce.com
Problem-Solving
- Proactively identify and partner with PMs or work independently to resolve any potential challenges that could impact project timelines or customer satisfaction.
