Full-Time Customer Onboarding Specialist

BioDigital has built the first cloud-based solution for visualizing the human body in interactive 3D.

About the role: As a Customer Onboarding & Implementation Specialist, you will guide customer adoption of BioDigital's 3D software.

What you’ll do:

• Host tailored trainings, consultations, and workshops to help customers achieve their goals with BioDigital’s web, mobile, and XR products, ensuring long-term success.
• Partner with Account Managers to align onboarding plans with launch goals.
• Provide technical support and advice during onboarding and lifecycle phases.
• Coach customers on integrating 3D content into various digital platforms.
• Answer product questions and resolve technical issues.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering for custom solutions.
• Develop and update digital education materials (how-to guides, video tutorials).
• Advocate for customer needs and drive product improvements.

What you’ll bring to the role:

• 2+ years experience in customer onboarding, implementation, customer service/technical support.
• Passion for helping customers succeed.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly.
• Experience collaborating with different departments.
• Familiarity with technical integrations and/or digital education platforms is a plus.
• Experience with CRM and helpdesk software is a plus.
