We are seeking a driven Onboarding Specialist / Community Manager to join our Client Success team, focused on an exciting product in the AI space.
In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and nurturing client relationships, and internal marketing of products.
Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Build strong client relationships, act as the primary point of contact, understand client needs, provide tailored support, and offer practical insights to help clients grow their businesses.
- Onboarding: Lead the onboarding process, getting new clients set up and ready to engage.
- Training: Run training sessions on tools, processes, and proprietary AI systems.
- Community Building: Keep the online community active, host events, and encourage engagement.
- Performance Monitoring: Track daily and weekly performance stats and client feedback to ensure growth goals.
- Communication & Issue Resolution: Handle client communications, respond promptly to concerns, resolve issues quickly, and maintain a high reputation.
- Data Analysis & Strategy Refinement: Use AI to analyze client data, identify trends, and share insights.
- Leadership & Continuous Improvement: Provide insights and ideas to the executive team to improve client success strategies.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in Client success management
- 5+ years of experience in E-Learning, Tech, or other Business Service Industries
- Tech-savvy (Google Workspace, Slack, ClickUp, Notion)
- Analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Passion for client satisfaction
