Full-Time Customer Onboarding Specialist

Helpware is a global company providing outsourcing back-office services.

We are growing and have an open position as a Customer Onboarding Specialist.

Customer Onboarding Specialists are the first point of contact for prospective and returning customers interested in our platform.

• Respond promptly to incoming chats and emails addressing customer questions and offering tailored solutions.
• Multitask, manage, and prioritize multiple customers simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Provide support as customers learn to use the platform.
• Lead the onboarding process, ensuring a seamless journey.
• Identify ways to make users successful using the platform.
• Initiate, upload, and customize store builds and items.
• Activate partner accounts by providing consultative support.
• Perform on-the-fly logo edits using Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Ask qualifying questions to determine account potential and escalate to appropriate teams.
• Become a subject matter expert.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using Hubspot.
