Full-Time Customer Operations Coordinator

Role Summary: Support our customers in successfully using Maker.AI, providing exceptional customer service to both self-serve and enterprise clients. Ensure on-time delivery of large-scale projects for enterprise customers. Collaborate with operations, engineering, and product teams.

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality customer service via email and chat.
• Diagnose and solve complex customer issues.
• Manage projects for enterprise clients.
• Identify opportunities to improve and scale customer operations.
• Build a top-tier support team.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of professional experience
• Excellent written communication skills
• Experience collaborating with support, product, and engineering teams
• Strong investigative and critical thinking skills
• Desire for ownership and growth
• Ability to adapt to shifting priorities
• Data analysis skills

Nice to Haves:

• Intercom experience
• SQL knowledge
• Early startup experience
