Customer Operations Manager
Your new role
- Be the first point of contact and guide your customers from the completed order to the vehicle handover.
- Research the current status of orders in close collaboration with colleagues from other departments to ensure the smooth delivery of our vehicles.
- Gain an overview of upcoming tasks at any time and prioritize them with the team.
Your skills
- Ideally, you have already gained initial experience in private customer service.
- You enjoy customer contact and have a structured, reliable, and solution-oriented approach.
- Teamwork and hands-on mentality are key characteristics of you.
- You demonstrate a positive attitude and a healthy commitment to achieving self-set goals.
- Fluent German and English skills are advantageous. You have a secure command of Google Workspace Tools (Sheets, Gmail, Calendar, etc.).
