Customer Operations Manager

Your new role

• Be the first point of contact and guide your customers from the completed order to the vehicle handover.
• Research the current status of orders in close collaboration with colleagues from other departments to ensure the smooth delivery of our vehicles.
• Gain an overview of upcoming tasks at any time and prioritize them with the team.

Your skills

• Ideally, you have already gained initial experience in private customer service.
• You enjoy customer contact and have a structured, reliable, and solution-oriented approach.
• Teamwork and hands-on mentality are key characteristics of you.
• You demonstrate a positive attitude and a healthy commitment to achieving self-set goals.
• Fluent German and English skills are advantageous. You have a secure command of Google Workspace Tools (Sheets, Gmail, Calendar, etc.).

The work will be carried out entirely from home and the shifts will comprise a total of 40 hours per week, from Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00.
