Aspire Software is seeking a Customer Operations Manager for North America, focused on leading and optimizing our Support and Professional Services teams.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and coach Support and Professional Services teams.
- Ensure consistent, high-quality customer experience across all support touchpoints.
- Design and refine workflows to improve support processes.
- Own key support KPIs (CSAT, response time, resolution time, backlog, etc.).
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success teams.
- Manage tools like TeamSupport, Jira.
- Identify trends and improve product/service offerings.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in customer support, professional services, or customer operations, preferably in a SaaS or tech company.
- 1–2 years of people management experience.
- Strong understanding of customer service best practices.
- Proven experience driving improvements in customer support operations.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with tools like TeamSupport, Salesforce, Jira, PowerBI.
- Data-driven mindset and analytical skills.
- Experience scaling support or services operations.
- Project management experience (e.g., PMP, Agile).
- Familiarity with customer journey mapping.
- Fluency in English.
