What You'll Do:
- Manage projects and implementations for strategic partners, using project management skills.
- Oversee daily deliverables for assigned accounts, ensuring compliance with service level agreements.
- Promote retention and customer success through high-quality service.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders (corporate and field users).
- Create, run, and analyze reports on assigned accounts, sharing findings with stakeholders.
- Prioritize and escalate issues/trends, collaborating with departments.
- Develop expertise in Roadie systems and resources, promoting positive customer outcomes.
What You Bring:
- 2+ years of experience in customer support, operations, or related roles.
- Proficiency with customer account tools (e.g., Salesforce, Confluence).
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with corporate and enterprise customers.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage complex projects and multitask, thriving in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated and comfortable with ambiguity.
- Experience with Excel, PowerPoint, and other Office products.
