What You'll Do:

• Manage projects and implementations for strategic partners, using project management skills.
• Oversee daily deliverables for assigned accounts, ensuring compliance with service level agreements.
• Promote retention and customer success through high-quality service.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders (corporate and field users).
• Create, run, and analyze reports on assigned accounts, sharing findings with stakeholders.
• Prioritize and escalate issues/trends, collaborating with departments.
• Develop expertise in Roadie systems and resources, promoting positive customer outcomes.

What You Bring:

• 2+ years of experience in customer support, operations, or related roles.
• Proficiency with customer account tools (e.g., Salesforce, Confluence).
• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with corporate and enterprise customers.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage complex projects and multitask, thriving in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated and comfortable with ambiguity.
• Experience with Excel, PowerPoint, and other Office products.
