Job Details
New Client Onboarding: Guide new clients through onboarding process, provide warm welcome, explain products/services, assist in understanding platform.
Client Assistance: First point of contact, answer questions, concerns, and inquiries via phone calls and emails. Offer guidance on platform usage.
Problem Resolution: Identify and troubleshoot client issues, strive for swift resolution, collaborate with internal teams.
Relationship Building: Develop and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships. Understand client needs and preferences.
Client Education: Offer insights and educational resources to help clients make informed decisions, share updates and new features.
Client Feedback: Convey client feedback to internal teams to improve services.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate client records and interactions in CRM system.
Requirements:
- Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal).
- Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport and maintain positive relationships.
- Problem-solving ability and proactive approach to client concerns.
- Patience and empathy when dealing with client inquiries.
- Organizational skills to manage multiple clients.
- Proficiency in using office productivity software.
- Previous experience in a client-facing role preferred.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent required.
Required Skills:
- Excellent written communication skills (accurate grammar).
- Ability to respond to client emails following business etiquette.
- Excellent verbal communication skills (fluent English, neutral accent).
- Good analytical and cognitive skills.

- Minimum 30 wpm typing speed and phone conversation ability.
