Full-Time Customer Relationship Specialist

New Client Onboarding: Guide new clients through onboarding process, provide warm welcome, explain products/services, assist in understanding platform.

Client Assistance: First point of contact, answer questions, concerns, and inquiries via phone calls and emails. Offer guidance on platform usage.

Problem Resolution: Identify and troubleshoot client issues, strive for swift resolution, collaborate with internal teams.

Relationship Building: Develop and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships. Understand client needs and preferences.

Client Education: Offer insights and educational resources to help clients make informed decisions, share updates and new features.

Client Feedback: Convey client feedback to internal teams to improve services.

Record Keeping: Maintain accurate client records and interactions in CRM system.

Requirements:

• Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal).
• Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport and maintain positive relationships.
• Problem-solving ability and proactive approach to client concerns.
• Patience and empathy when dealing with client inquiries.
• Organizational skills to manage multiple clients.
• Proficiency in using office productivity software.
• Previous experience in a client-facing role preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent required.

Required Skills:

• Excellent written communication skills (accurate grammar).
• Ability to respond to client emails following business etiquette.
• Excellent verbal communication skills (fluent English, neutral accent).
• Good analytical and cognitive skills.
• Attention to detail
• Minimum 30 wpm typing speed and phone conversation ability.
