Job Details
New Client Onboarding: Guide new clients through onboarding, providing a warm welcome, explaining products/services, and assisting platform understanding.
Client Assistance: Be the primary point of contact, addressing questions, concerns, and inquiries via phone and email, offering guidance on platform usage.
Problem Resolution: Identify and resolve client issues, collaborating with internal teams for accurate and prompt resolutions.
Relationship Building: Develop strong, lasting client relationships, understanding individual needs for personalized support.
Client Education: Offer insights and resources to help clients make informed decisions, sharing updates, new features, and best practices.
Client Feedback: Act as a feedback conduit between clients and internal teams, conveying insights for service improvement.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate client records and interactions in the CRM system.
Requirements:
- Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal).
- Strong interpersonal skills for building rapport.
- Problem-solving ability and a proactive approach.
- Patience and empathy in handling client inquiries and issues.
- Organizational skills to manage multiple clients and tasks.
- Proficiency in office productivity software.
- Previous experience in a client-facing role or customer service is preferred.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent is required.
Required Skills:
- Excellent written communication (accurate grammar and punctuation).
- Ability to read and respond to client emails (following business email etiquette).
- Excellent verbal communication (fluent English, neutral accent).
- Analytical and cognitive skills.
