At Trupanion, we're seeking a Customer Retention Specialist to engage with customers during critical moments.
Responsibilities:
- Deepen customer relationships through empathetic interactions.
- Investigate concerns and provide thoughtful support via phone and email.
- Re-educate pet parents on the value of Trupanion coverage.
- Navigate objections and ensure customers feel valued.
- Work full-time (8-hour shifts, 5 days a week), including weekends.
Note: Attendance is mandatory during the first seven weeks of training (Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Pacific Time).
Requirements:
- 3 years of experience in customer retention or account management in a call center.
- Proven success in retaining customers and handling sensitive topics.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and technical troubleshooting.
- Must have a reliable hard-wired internet connection.
Compensation: $23/hour, plus monthly bonuses and Restricted Stock Units.
