The Role:This role supports Oviva’s mission of delivering exceptional care by providing outstanding customer service to French-speaking patients, doctors, dietitians, and psychotherapists. It ensures smooth client communication and provides essential administrative support to the Patient Services team, serving as a key part of Oviva’s Customer Service framework.
Your responsibilities:
- Manage inbound and outbound communications with French-speaking clients.
- Serve as the primary point of contact, providing administrative support to patients, doctors, dietitians, and psychotherapists.
- Monitor and work to improve customer satisfaction metrics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promptly resolve issues.
- Accurately document interactions and maintain up-to-date client records.
Your Profile:
- Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken; proficiency in German is a strong plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Relevant experience in customer service.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, or a related field.
