The Role:This role supports Oviva’s mission of delivering exceptional care by providing outstanding customer service to French-speaking patients, doctors, dietitians, and psychotherapists. It ensures smooth client communication and provides essential administrative support to the Patient Services team, serving as a key part of Oviva’s Customer Service framework.

Your responsibilities:

  • Manage inbound and outbound communications with French-speaking clients.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact, providing administrative support to patients, doctors, dietitians, and psychotherapists.
  • Monitor and work to improve customer satisfaction metrics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promptly resolve issues.
  • Accurately document interactions and maintain up-to-date client records.

Your Profile:

  • Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken; proficiency in German is a strong plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Relevant experience in customer service.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, or a related field.
