Summary of the RoleAs a Customer Service Agent at BrickBrands, ensure the protection of brands on all forms of social media. Gain experience managing customer queries and concerns professionally through constant communication, protecting brands from harmful content on social media platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Responding to potential customers via chat, email, or direct messages.
- Monitoring and engaging with content across social media platforms (sites, reddit, blogs, news).
- Filtering discussions and mentions of clients across platforms.
- Identifying online communication (text, memes).
- Understanding brand policies and guidelines to effectively moderate content.
- Ensuring brand and community safety by adhering to policies.
- Staying updated on social media trends, especially in the beauty industry.
- Maintaining constant communication with project manager and CSM to resolve issues.
- Performing other tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Personal PC/laptop with webcam
- General knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
- Stable internet connection
- Experience in content moderation, marketing, or social media management (preferred)
- Experience in social media and customer service (preferred)
- Interest and knowledge of the beauty industry (preferred)
- Ability to work 8-hour shifts, rotating schedule, and weekends (flexible)
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English (additional languages a plus)
