Job Details

Join a fantastic international support team of 20 people based in Paris, Algiers, Mexico and Malaysia and support clients in North America and Latam.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide top-notch customer support via tickets & live chat.
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries, issues, and requests promptly.
  • Assist users with platform navigation, feature explanations, and technical questions.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to escalate and resolve issues, keeping users updated.
  • Propose workarounds for customer platform bugs.
  • Assist with user onboarding and verification.

Qualifications:

  • Fluent in English (other languages welcome).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience as a customer support specialist.
  • Recent experience in a client-facing role.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Experience in a multicultural environment.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Customer-centric and business-oriented mindset.
  • Team spirit, autonomy, and adaptability.
  • Proficiency with IT tools, including Excel.
  • Knowledge of the e-commerce environment is a plus.
