Job Details

Responsibilities: Recruit households for Nielsen Consumer Panel; maintain assigned households for quality data; check data accuracy; adhere to Nielsen data collection rules; achieve in-person recruitment goals using proven techniques; visit homes in designated territory; educate panelists on scanner usage and scanning all products; follow Nielsen methodology and policies; recruit eligible households without appointments; persuade and educate households; maximize panel participation; build rapport; persuade panelists to complete surveys; communicate incentives and address questions; support other teams; collaborate with departments for quality sample compliance; drive to homes using company vehicle and GPS; collaborate with National Consumer Panel (NCP).Requirements: Bilingual Spanish/English; strong customer service and human relations skills; ability to follow directions; strong analytical, teamwork, and organizational skills; ability to meet deadlines; ability to work various hours (evenings, weekends, holidays); strong computer skills; high school degree or GED; willing to be outside in all weather conditions; ability to navigate stairs, elevators, walkways, and various home entrances; willingness to interact with people for several hours in various home conditions (pets, cleanliness); travel to other markets to support other teams.Benefits: Comprehensive health plan (medical, Rx, dental, vision); flexible spending accounts and health savings accounts; life and AD&D insurance; 401(k) retirement plan with matching contributions; disability insurance; tuition reimbursement; discretionary paid time off; 11 paid holidays; competitive salary ($30,000 - $40,000 range); sales-based incentive/performance-based bonus; flexible work environment; comprehensive health insurance; industry-leading parental leave; life insurance; education support.
