Full-Time Customer Service Executive

Sales Tasks:

• Directly assist and guide customers in submitting and receiving testing samples.
• Monitor and follow up on the logistics process of customer samples.
• Update customers with new service information and company updates.
• Understand internal procedures and market regulations to provide effective consultation.
• Conduct market research to support the Business Development team.

Client Development:

• Identify and develop potential clients via phone, email, or in-person meetings.
• Build and maintain a comprehensive database of target clients.
• Prepare quotations and participate in tender preparation.
• Achieve targets assigned by the Head of BD Department.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with clients through regular follow-ups.
• Collaborate with the Vietnam branch to ensure efficient information processing.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Marketing & PR Tasks:

• Collaborate to organize workshops, exhibitions, and commercial events.
• Build relationships with associations, NGOs, and government authorities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in chemical engineering, biotechnology, food technology, business administration, or related field.
• At least 1-year experience in Food/Agriculture Testing or the Food Industry.
• Strong sales competence and good network in relevant industries.
• Knowledge in Food Testing, Food Safety, and Quality Control.
• Good at Khmer & English or Vietnamese.
• Problem-solving skills with key clients.
• Capable of handling multiple projects under pressure.
• Quick to adapt in fast-paced environments.
