YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

  • Ensure a seamless rental experience by verifying customer documents, checking the validity of driver’s licenses, and requesting additional documentation when needed.
  • Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle and handle exchanges when necessary to meet business needs.
  • Offer additional products and services, such as prepaid fuel and toll passes, while addressing any questions or concerns.
  • Finalize rental agreements by confirming documents, adjusting as needed, explaining charges, and providing accurate receipts.
  • Inspect returned vehicles for damages, mileage, and fuel levels, ensure personal belongings are removed, and maintain a clean workstation in line with corporate standards to support efficient operation.

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

Education & Experience

  • High school diploma or GED and at least 1 year of customer service experience

Licenses & Authorization

  • At least 18 years old, hold a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record, and are authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship.

Computer Skills

  • Basic computer navigation skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.

Work Hours & Travel

  • Able to work 40 hours per week, including day or evening shifts, and are open to travel (5-10%), some of which may be by airplane.

Uniform & Language

  • Willing to wear a company uniform and speaking other languages is a plus.
