Customer Service Operations Manager - Contract Management
Diverse Customer Service Responsibilities: Work in a versatile customer service role interacting with clients via phone and email.
Process Monitoring and Document Management: Manage the entire process from purchase to payment authorization. Responsible for inputting contract documents and forwarding them to the relevant department.
Vehicle Deregistration: Ensure timely vehicle deregistration for clients by maintaining constant communication with our service provider.
Vehicle Transfer Coordination: Arrange for the timely transfer of vehicles to our stores for clients who have already signed a purchase agreement.
Handling Customer Inquiries: Address client questions about deregistration, missing documents, accessories, and vehicle delivery.
Communicative Interface: Act as a central communication point between private clients, stores, and external service providers.
Essential Skills and Experience
Required Experience: Previous customer service experience (preferred). A communicative approach is highly valued.
Key Skills: Enthusiasm for customer service, strong communication skills, independent work habits, team orientation, positive attitude.
Problem-Solving Abilities: Comfortable handling complex topics and accepting new challenges.
Adaptability and Stress Management: Maintain composure in stressful situations; prioritize high-quality customer satisfaction.
Technical Proficiency: Proficient with Google Workspace (Sheets, Gmail, Calendar, etc.).
