General Job Duties:
- Operate all equipment.
- Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk-in cooler.
- Prepare product.
- Receive and process telephone orders.
- Take inventory and complete paperwork.
- Clean equipment and facility (approximately daily).
Training: Orientation and on-the-job training provided.
Communication Skills:
- Comprehend and provide correct written instructions.
- Communicate verbally with customers and coworkers to process orders (phone & in-person).
Essential Functions/Skills:
- Basic Math Skills: Add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator).
- Making Change: Able to make correct monetary change.
- Customer Service Skills: Strong verbal, writing, and telephone skills for taking and processing orders.
- Motor Coordination: Eye-hand coordination for rapid, accurate movements.
- Computer Skills: Entering orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
Work Conditions:
- Exposure to varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions (outside tasks).
- Store temperatures range from 36 degrees to 90+ degrees.
- Sudden temperature changes.
- Food odors and cornmeal dust.
- Cramped quarters (including walk-in cooler).
- Hot surfaces/tools (up to 500+ degrees).
- Sharp edges and moving mechanical parts.

Delivery Job Duties (if applicable): Deliver product to customers, deliver flyers, Requires Valid driver's license. Access to insured vehicle.
- Delivery Skills: Navigating to customer locations, adverse terrain.
- Carrying (Delivery): Carrying pizzas, sides, and beverages.
- Driving: Delivering pizzas within a designated area.
- Walking/Climbing (Delivery): Between store and vehicle, customer locations, navigating stairs.
