Full-Time Customer Service Rep

We're looking for customer service representatives with strong people skills.

ADVANCEMENT

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Must be 16+ for in-store work; 18+ for delivery.
• Operate equipment, stock ingredients, prepare product, process orders (phone and in-person), take inventory, complete paperwork, and clean facilities.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division); calculator permitted.
• Reliable for handling phone orders, processing orders, and handling cash transactions.

WORK CONDITIONS

• Varying/adverse weather conditions.
• Store temperatures range from 36°F to 90°F+.
• Exposure to fumes, cornmeal dust, cramped quarters (walk-in cooler).
• Hot surfaces/equipment (up to 500°F+).
• Sharp edges/moving parts.

TEMPERAMENTS

• Perform under pressure.

• Interact with people effectively.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Standing, walking, lifting (up to 50 lbs), carrying (up to 30 lbs), pushing/pulling (up to 7.5 lbs).
• Stooping, bending, crouching, reaching.
• Eye-hand coordination, using hands continuously.
