Job Requirements:
- Must be 16 years or older for in-store work, 18+ for delivery.
- Operate equipment and stock ingredients.
- Prepare product and take orders.
- Clean equipment.
Training: Orientation and on-the-job training provided.
Communication Skills: Comprehend written instructions and communicate verbally with customers and co-workers.
Essential Functions/Skills:
- Add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately.
- Make correct monetary change.
- Verbal, writing, and telephone skills.
- Motor coordination for precise movements.
- Enter orders using a computer.
Work Conditions: Exposure to varying temperatures, fumes, cornmeal dust, cramped quarters, hot surfaces, and sharp edges.
Physical Requirements: Standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs, carrying, pushing, climbing, stooping, crouching, reaching, and hand tasks.
