Job Details
Acentra Health is seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to support the Medicare Appeal process. This remote position involves answering incoming calls and resolving customer inquiries. Shifts are assigned within the hours of 8:45 a.m. to 8:15 p.m. ET, Monday through Friday, and 9:45 a.m. to 7:15 p.m. ET on weekends and holidays.

- Develop and maintain knowledge of internal policies and procedures.
- Utilize automated systems for data entry and information retrieval.
- Respond to inquiries via telephone, email, fax, or mail.
- Interact with hospitals, physicians, and beneficiaries.
- Investigate and resolve customer problems.
- Meet standards for call volume and service level.
- Maintain logs and documents of calls.
- Adhere to corporate policies, including HIPAA.
Qualifications:
- Requires a High School diploma or equivalent.
- Requires a minimum of two years of customer service experience.
- Bilingual (Spanish/English)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Ability to research and resolve issues related to Medicaid program and service eligibility
- PC proficiency to include Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of medical terminology and the health insurance industry
