Full-Time Customer Service Representative

• Develop and maintain knowledge of internal policies and procedures.
• Utilize automated systems for data entry and information retrieval.
• Respond to inquiries via telephone, email, fax, or mail.
• Interact with hospitals, physicians, and beneficiaries.
• Investigate and resolve customer problems.
• Meet standards for call volume and service level.
• Maintain logs and documents of calls.
• Adhere to corporate policies, including HIPAA.

• Requires a High School diploma or equivalent.
• Requires a minimum of two years of customer service experience.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English)

• Ability to research and resolve issues related to Medicaid program and service eligibility
• PC proficiency to include Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of medical terminology and the health insurance industry
