Full-Time Customer Service Representative

• Appeal Arbitration: Investigate and review P2P transaction order appeals.
• Collect and analyze data: order details, chat records, and payment vouchers.
• Conduct research and judgment on appeal cases according to platform rules.
• Make final arbitration decisions.
• Data Processing and Analysis: Systematically record, categorize, and summarize appeal case data daily.
• Conduct in-depth data analysis to extract core indicators.
• Identify potential risk points, fraud patterns, and rule loopholes.
• Collaborate with risk control, product, and technology teams to implement optimization projects.

• At least 1 year of experience in dispute handling, arbitration, or risk control data analysis.
• Familiarity with P2P transaction models is preferred.
• Excellent data analysis skills and logical judgment ability.
• Strong sense of principle and responsibility.
• Proficiency in both Chinese and English.
• Work schedule: overnight shift, 22:00 - 06:00 (UTC+8).
