Associate Product Consultant - Voice of Moen to consumers.
Provide world-class customer service with over 200 hours of paid virtual training on Moen products. Paired with a tenured teammate for preparation.
Competitive starting rate of $17/hour with potential overtime and benefits: medical, dental, vision, monthly/annual bonuses, PTO, 401k, profit sharing, product discounts.
100% remote position with all necessary equipment provided.
Training: February 24, 2025, Monday - Friday, 9:00 am - 5:30 pm EST.
Schedule after training: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 10:30 am EST (flexible).
Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls, identify problem, find solutions, communicate solutions to consumers.
- Develop/maintain knowledge of Moen products/procedures for consumer assistance.
- Use multiple databases/systems for quick consumer responses.
- Deliver excellent customer experience driving positive word-of-mouth for Moen.
- Own challenging/sensitive situations with urgency and empathy.
- Meet quality, call management, & productivity metrics.
- Adhere to all processes/procedures.
- Perform other duties as needed.
Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Customer service experience required, call center experience preferred.
- Excellent communication (verbal/written) skills.
- Bi-lingual (French/Spanish) a plus.
- Proficient PC skills (multiple screens/systems).
- Microsoft Teams experience a plus.
- Meet internet speed requirements.
- Safe, secure workspace.
- Thrive in low-mobility, high-observation work environment.
- Available for training: October 28, 2024 - November 22, 2024.
- Flexible schedule, willing to share schedule rotations.
