Job Details

As the Associate Product Consultant, you are the “Voice of Moen” that consumers interact with when they have product, installation, or warranty questions. You will receive over 200 hours of paid virtual training in Moen products.

Before the completion of training, you will be paired with a tenured teammate to prepare for success.

Moen offers a competitive starting rate of $17/hour with the possibility of overtime and benefits from day one, including medical, dental, vision, bonus opportunities, paid time off, 401K, profit sharing, and product discounts.

This position is 100% remote, and Moen provides all necessary equipment.

Training Dates: February 24, 2025 - March 21, 2025, Monday-Friday, 9:00 am-5:30 pm EST.

Schedule after training: Monday-Friday, with start times rotating on the half hour between 8:00 am-10:30 am EST (or equivalent).

Responsibilities:

  • Handles and resolves incoming calls.
  • Develops and maintains knowledge of Moen products.
  • Navigates multiple databases.
  • Delivers a positive consumer experience.
  • Resolves challenging situations with empathy and urgency.
  • Meets quality, call management, and productivity metrics.
  • Performs other duties as needed.

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in customer service required, call center experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Bi-lingual in French or Spanish a plus
  • Proficient PC skills and ability to navigate multiple screens and systems.
  • Experience with Microsoft Teams a plus
  • Meets internet speed requirements and has a safe workspace
  • Able to thrive in a low-mobility, high-observation work environment.
  • Available for training.
  • Able to work a flexible schedule.
