Larson Consumer Service team ensures excellent customer experience. You are the "Voice of Larson Doors" for product and warranty questions.
Product Consultant role:
- Provide world-class customer service to consumers.
- Receive paid virtual training on Larson products.
- Pair with a tenured teammate for preparation.
Compensation and Benefits:

Training and Schedule:
- Next training begins February 10, 2025 (8:30 am - 5:00 pm CST, M-F).
- Contact center open Monday-Friday (7:30 am - 5:00 pm CST) and Saturday (9:00 am - 2:00 pm CST).
- 8-hour work shifts; Saturdays scheduled rotatingly.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver excellent consumer experience, driving positive word-of-mouth.
- Manage inbound calls for product/technical support.
- Identify problems, determine causes, and explain resolutions.
- Use technology for product identification, resolution explanation, and technical support for repairs/installations.
- Negotiate solutions in challenging situations, positively impacting both consumer and Larson.
- Maintain professional composure.
- Meet daily metrics in call quality, call management, and productivity.
- Adhere to all processes and procedures.
- Record consumer demographics, product information, and troubleshooting efforts.
- Perform other duties as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2+ years experience in a contact center or customer service environment.
- Excellent professional communication (verbal and written).
- Proficient PC skills (Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, Word, and Microsoft Teams).
- Ability to thrive in a high-focus/low-mobility environment.
- Positive attitude, flexibility, and teamwork.
- Meet internet speed requirements and pass background/drug tests.
- Safe and secure workspace and adherence to the department's Remote Work Policy.
Salary Range:
$33,000 - $41,000 (base salary; may vary).
