Job Details

The Associate Product Consultant is responsible for providing high-quality customer care to create a positive experience for consumers.

This role requires working in a fast-paced environment managing inbound calls and emails from customers with product and warranty questions.

Remote role starting June 16, 2025.

Contact Center hours: Monday-Friday, 8am-7pm Eastern Time (shifts rotate weekly). Contact Center hours: 7am-6pm Central Time, 6am-5pm Mountain Time, 5am-4pm Pacific Time. Must be able to work within your time zone.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences, enhancing the reputation of FBIN products.
  • Manage inbound calls, accurately identifying issues and providing solutions for product/technical support.
  • Use technology to assist consumers with product identification, troubleshooting, and repair/installation guidance.
  • Resolve challenging consumer situations, ensuring positive outcomes.
  • Meet or exceed daily performance targets in call quality, management, and productivity.
  • Accurately document customer interactions, product details, and troubleshooting.

Basic Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years experience in a contact center or similar fast-paced customer service environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient PC skills (Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, Word), Microsoft Teams experience a plus
  • Ability to thrive in a high-focus, low-mobility, and high-observation work environment
  • Positive approach, flexibility, and teamwork
  • Meet internet speed requirements, pass background and drug tests, have a safe workspace, and follow Remote Work Policy

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree
  • Prior ERP (SAP, Oracle) experience

Salary: $31,000 - $44,000 USD (base).
