Customer Service Representative will support the Securities B2B call center functions. Work closely with various departments to ensure order accuracy, timely shipments, quote provision, and order entry for customers and distributors.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain product, policy, and procedure knowledge to aid internal and external customers promptly.
- Enter and provide quotes, order status, product recommendations, and resolve issues via phone and email.
- Navigate multiple tools for customer information input and retrieval.
- Provide strong B2B customer service, understanding top customers' specific needs.
- Collaborate with Sales, Order Management, Order Entry, Manufacturing, Distribution Centers, and Transportation for a seamless customer experience.
- Provide updates via phone and email to internal and external customers.
- Deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced call center environment for the largest padlock manufacturer.
- Build customer relationships for an ongoing positive experience.
- Utilize resources for product recommendations based on limited customer information.
- Contribute to team success by meeting daily/monthly goals related to phone availability, schedule adherence, and customer satisfaction.
- Participate in projects and initiatives to support call center needs.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required. College degree preferred.
- Previous experience in a product call center, order entry, or fast-paced customer service environment preferred.
- Strong organizational, prioritization/time management skills, and ability to multitask.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication (verbal and written) skills.
- High comfort level with rapidly changing technology and learning computer skills.
- Ability to adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced, multi-tasking team environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
Salary: $30,000 - $44,000 USD per year.
