Full-Time Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities:

• Deliver excellent customer service.
• Manage inbound calls to resolve product and technical support issues.
• Identify problems, determine causes, and explain resolutions.
• Use technology to assist consumers.
• Negotiate solutions in challenging situations.
• Maintain professional composure.
• Achieve daily metrics in call quality and productivity.
• Record consumer demographics and troubleshooting efforts.

Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent (College degree preferred).
• 2 years experience in a contact center or fast-paced customer service environment.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• Proficient PC skills (Microsoft Office suite, Microsoft Teams a plus).
• Ability to thrive in a high-focus, low-mobility work environment.
• Must meet internet speed requirements, pass background and drug tests, and have a safe workspace.
