Job Details

Customer Service Representative provides customer service to clients, and supports the account management team with various responsibilities:

  1. Provides administrative support to Account Executives and Managers.
  2. Assists Account Executives/Managers in coordinating client activities.
  3. Provides excellent customer service by communicating and responding to clients and carriers via phone or email.
  4. Handles customer inquiries, resolves service concerns, documents requests, and completes policy changes (not requiring a license).
  5. Manages claim inquiries and follows up.
  6. Contacts insurance carriers for acknowledgement, status, and escalations of pending claims.
  7. Retrieves billing information, and follows up with clients for payments and documentation.
  8. Assists with Mortgagee change requests.
  9. Assists with documentation for quotes, policies, and endorsements.
  10. Assists the account management team with eligibility requests.
  11. Assists with billing audits and error corrections.
  12. Enters and updates client policy information in the agency management system (Epic).
  13. Updates and organizes client files and records.
  14. Performs data entry and research.
  15. Assists with projects as needed.

Working Hours: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM EST, Monday through Friday.

Salary: $1300/month.

Language Requirements: Highly fluent in English and Arabic.

Experience: 2+ years of professional work experience, 1-2 years of customer service experience.

Software Proficiency: Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Other Skills: Self-motivated, teamwork, time management, prioritization, detail-oriented, quick learner, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, access to a high-functioning computer and internet connection.
