Job Details
Customer Service Representative provides customer service to clients, assisting and supporting the account management team with various responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to Account Executives and Managers.
- Assist Account Executives/Managers in coordinating client activities.
- Offer excellent customer service by responding to clients and carriers via phone or email.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve concerns, document requests, and process policy changes (non-licensing).
- Manage claim inquiries and follow up.
- Contact insurance carriers for claim status and escalation.
- Assist with billing retrieval, payment follow-up, and document requests.
- Handle Mortgagee change requests.
- Assist with quote, policy, and endorsement documentation.
- Support eligibility requests.
- Assist with billing audits and error corrections.
- Enter and update client policy information in Epic.
- Update and organize client files.
- Perform data entry and research.
- Assist with team and agency projects.
Important Details:
- Full-time position
- Online availability: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM EST (Monday-Friday)
- Salary: $1300/month
- Fluent in English and Arabic
- 2+ years of professional experience
- 1-2 years customer service experience
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Self-motivated and teamwork-oriented
- Fast-paced environment requiring strong time-management and prioritization skills
- Detail-oriented and systematic work style
- Ability to quickly learn new software
- Reliable computer and internet access
