Job Details

Customer Service Representative provides customer service to clients, assisting and supporting the account management team with various responsibilities:

  1. Provide administrative support to Account Executives and Managers.
  2. Assist Account Executives/Managers in coordinating client activities.
  3. Offer excellent customer service by responding to clients and carriers via phone or email.
  4. Handle customer inquiries, resolve concerns, document requests, and process policy changes (non-licensing).
  5. Manage claim inquiries and follow up.
  6. Contact insurance carriers for claim status and escalation.
  7. Assist with billing retrieval, payment follow-up, and document requests.
  8. Handle Mortgagee change requests.
  9. Assist with quote, policy, and endorsement documentation.
  10. Support eligibility requests.
  11. Assist with billing audits and error corrections.
  12. Enter and update client policy information in Epic.
  13. Update and organize client files.
  14. Perform data entry and research.
  15. Assist with team and agency projects.

Important Details:

  • Full-time position
  • Online availability: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM EST (Monday-Friday)
  • Salary: $1300/month
  • Fluent in English and Arabic
  • 2+ years of professional experience
  • 1-2 years customer service experience
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Self-motivated and teamwork-oriented
  • Fast-paced environment requiring strong time-management and prioritization skills
  • Detail-oriented and systematic work style
  • Ability to quickly learn new software
  • Reliable computer and internet access
