Full-Time Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative interested in a full-time position (40 hours/week). This role involves:

• Helping customers with all their requests via phone/email/chat, including: research requests/follow-up
• Scheduling and confirming pickups
• Tracking interline pickup requests
• Coordinating with other departments/terminals to ensure customer requirements are met
• Assisting sales

Must be bilingual (French and English)

This is a remote position: candidates can work from home.

All training and equipment will be provided, but candidates must provide their own internet connection.
