We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Remote Call Center Agent. In this role, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, providing exceptional customer service, and resolving customer issues in a timely manner. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home.
Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries
Make outbound calls to follow up on customer requests
Provide information about products and services
Resolve customer complaints and issues
Document all interactions in the CRM system
Meet or exceed performance goals and targets
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Prior experience in a customer service role
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
