Our client is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support customers and faculty, ensuring a smooth experience with live online courses. This role involves email, Zoom, and chat support, with phone support as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Support: Provide assistance via email, chat, Zoom, and phone.
- Zoom Course Facilitation: Support faculty in initiating Zoom courses and assisting customers with sign-in.
- Inquiry Management: Respond to phone inquiries and website form submissions.
- CRM Management: Log and track customer interactions in Salesforce CRM.
- Collaborative Communication: Partner with management to stay updated on services, policies, and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Tech-savvy with inboxes, Zoom, and computer skills.
