Vida Shoes International, established in 1973, seeks a dynamic and friendly Customer Service Representative to join its international customer service team. We are looking for a team member with a proven record of success in customer service, strong communication, and technical skills.
Responsibilities:
- Work with order release and fulfilment systems in Shopify and proprietary systems.
- Process returns through integrated systems.
- Handle customer calls and emails regarding sales orders, returns, and product knowledge.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards customers.
- Communicate with brand management regarding issues or concerns.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills with fluency in English.
- 2-3 years of customer service experience in e-commerce.
- Courteous customer service skills and ability to stay calm under pressure.
- Excellent computer skills with general PC/Mac and Microsoft Office knowledge.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Working knowledge of Shopify is a plus.
- Availability to work Eastern Standard Time schedule, 40-hour week, including Monday-Friday split schedules and alternating Sundays.
- Reliable internet and personal computer.
Salary: $400 - $550 per month, based on experience.
