Job Details
We are looking for an Italian + English-speaking Customer Service Representative to join our team and deliver excellent service to our customers. If you are a great communicator, problem-solver, and enjoy helping others, we'd love to hear from you!
Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday (including bank holidays): 08:00 - 18:00 (Portuguese time)
Days Off: Sunday + 1 rotational day
Contract Type: Remote work (based in Lisbon, Portugal)
Salary & Incentives:
- Base salary: 1,000 per month (x14 months)
- Performance bonus: 100 per month (x12 months) based on performance
- Meal allowance: 7.23 per working day
- Transport allowance: 20 per month
- Welcome Bonus: Paid in 12 monthly installments during the first year (1/12 per month) Conditional on less than 6% unjustified absenteeism in the preceding month. Not part of the fixed monthly salary package

Requirements:
- Languages: Native/Fluent Italian + good English (B2 or above)
