What you'll do: General Duties & Responsibilities Provide customer support via phone, email, or instant message. Serves as primary contact for inbound customer issues. Escalate technical product issues to the product support department.
Process high volumes of consumer inquiries about banking products and services, resolving a targeted percentage.
Troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and use resources to resolve customer problems. Escalate issues when unable to resolve in a reasonable timeframe.
Follow up on escalated issues, coaching and mentoring to improve problem-solving abilities.
Track and document support requests and customer issues.
Update customer information and ensure accurate contact information.
Meet quality standards, adhere to schedules, and maintain average handle time.
Provide guidance and mentoring to less experienced peers (optional).
Other related duties as needed.

Educational Requirements: High school diploma or GED
General Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: At least one year of call center experience. At least one year of customer service experience. Knowledge of banking products, services, and business operations. Excellent customer service skills, verbal & written communication skills, and computer navigation skills.
Demonstrate effective people skills and sensitivity when dealing with others.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
