Job Details
Handles and resolves customer connectivity, WiFi, networking, and app support issues for Moen's Smart Water (IoT) products via phone and email queues.
Escalates complex issues to Sr. Smart Water Support Specialist
Delivers a positive customer experience that drives "word-of-mouth" advertisement.
Effectively explains technical information to users of all knowledge levels.
Processes, handles, and escalates tasks and issues while documenting data and steps.
Logs and documents all customer interactions in Moen's cloud-based solutions (C4C).
Provides reliable and professional support using product, technical, and diagnostic skills.
Responds calmly and effectively to all customer situations with a positive attitude.
Achieves individual and team goals and performance targets.
Stays updated with technology trends and best practices.
Collaborates with internal teams to resolve issues.
Preferred: Bachelor's degree
Required: 1+ year experience in technical support, help desk, or field service.
Proficient with home-based wireless networking, IoT, and smart home devices.
Basic experience with mobile devices (Android and Apple) and digital voice assistants.
Strong interpersonal skills; ability to build customer confidence in Moen's products and business.
Skilled in written and verbal business communication.
Self-motivated and able to work independently and in a team.
Preferred: Bi-lingual (Spanish and English)
Required: Scheduled shifts (M-F 8:00am-7:00pm and Saturday 9:30am-6:00pm EST)
Salary Range: $34,000 - $48,400 (USD)
