The Master Lock Consumer Service team ensures an excellent customer experience. As the Customer Solutions Representative, you are the Voice of Master Lock.
YOUR ROLE:
- Provide world-class customer service.
- Receive paid virtual training in Larson products.
- Paired with a tenured teammate for preparation.
Master Lock offers a competitive starting rate of $37k/yr ($17.79/hour) and benefits from day one.
This position is 100% remote and Master Lock provides all necessary equipment.
What you will be doing:
- Delivers a consumer experience that drives positive “word of mouth”.
- Manages inbound calls to resolve product and technical support issues.
- Efficient use of technology to assist consumers.
- Negotiates solutions in challenging consumer situations.
- Maintains professional composure.
- Achieves daily metrics in call quality, call management, and productivity.
- Records consumer demographics, product information, and troubleshooting efforts.
- Performs other duties and special assignments.
