Your role As part of our Customer Success team, you'll support our impact investors, answering questions and motivating responsible investing.
Key responsibilities:
- Expert Inyova support for customer requests (phone, chat, email)
- Understanding customer needs and goals to tailor support and enhance user experience
- Customer onboarding and support
- Improving customer touchpoints and updating FAQs
- Contribute to shaping the Inyova product using valuable customer feedback
Skills required:
- Fluent in German and English (C1 level)
- Swiss German or French - a plus
- Passionate about impact investing
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g. MS Office, G-Suite, Jira, Zendesk)
- Empathetic and customer-focused
