Customer Success Agent (CSA) responsibilities: Outbound and inbound calls to Medicare Supplement/Advantage clients.
Focus: Client retention, building rapport, educating clients, answering questions, and resolving issues.
New Business Opportunities: Seeking and delivering on new business opportunities, and working with existing clients to make coverage changes or add coverage.
Customer Experience: Delivering an exceptional customer experience, maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude.
- Make outbound calls to an assigned portion of the agency book of business.
- Offer assistance or rewrite policies.
- Ensure fulfillment of rewritten business.
- Answer customer questions about Medicare Supplement/Advantage plans.
- Investigate and resolve payment complications.
- Navigate multiple systems while conducting calls.
- Complete case management tasks in Salesforce.
- Cross-sell ancillary products.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Meet department goals and KPIs (including monthly occupancy rates).
- Attend team meetings and training sessions.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards customers.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Health & Life License preferred
- 1+ year pre-sales or customer service experience
- Medicare health insurance experience preferred
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer experience
- Adaptable to new technology
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects
Work From Home Requirements:
- Reliable high-speed internet connection (Ethernet port required)
- Internet speed: 30+ mbps download, 10+ mbps upload (recommended: 100+ mbps download, 25+ mbps upload)
- Cell phone system updated within the last two years
- HIPAA-compliant workspace
- Private, quiet work area for a desktop computer with multiple monitors
- Ability to focus 100% on work during designated hours
Security Responsibilities:
- Adhere to company policies and standards

Compensation: $23/hr + Commission
