The Customer Success Agent (CSA) is responsible for making outbound and receiving inbound calls to Medicare Supplement/Advantage clients.
The role focuses on client retention, requiring strong rapport building, clear education, and issue resolution skills.
It also involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities and handling existing clients' coverage changes and additions.
This fast-paced role demands effective time management and an exceptional customer experience.
Starting pay is $23/hr + uncapped commission on an increasing structure. Target compensation is $52,500.
Paid training begins July 14th.
Hours are full-time, Monday-Friday, 8 am-5 pm CST, with potential overtime during busier periods.
Essential duties include:
- Outbound calls for assistance or policy rewriting.
- Completing rewritten business fulfillment.
- Answering customer questions on Medicare Supplement/Advantage topics.
- Investigating and resolving payment issues.
- Multi-system navigation during calls.
- Case management tasks (Salesforce).
- Cross-selling ancillary products.
- Identifying and pursuing new business.
- Meeting department goals and KPIs.
- Attending team meetings and training.
- Providing exceptional customer experience.
- Performing additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Health & Life License preferred.
- 1+ year pre-sales/customer service experience.
- Medicare health insurance experience preferred.
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer experience.
- Adaptability to new technology.
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment, manage multiple projects, and meet strict deadlines.
Work from home requirements:
- Reliable high-speed internet (30+mbps download, 10+mbps upload, recommended 100+mbps download, 25+mbps upload).
- Updated cell phone system (within the last two years).
- HIPAA compliant designated workspace.
- Quiet, private workspace for a desktop computer with multiple monitors.
