Job Details
GoTab is seeking highly motivated individuals for a Customer Success Associate position. We're building a disruptive mobile ordering platform for the restaurant industry.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as primary contact for GoTab restaurants.
- Establish, grow, and manage relationships with new and existing customers.
- Drive product adoption and retention.
- Coordinate product rollouts.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting.
- Act as product expert for clients.
- Support the technical team.
- Contribute to product improvement.
Requirements:
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Excellent time management and organization skills.
- Desire to learn technical aspects of the GoTab product.
- Experience in customer success (preferred).
- Experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry (preferred).
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Willingness to travel.
