Customer Success Associate
Manage the post-sales journey of a customer group from launch to expansion and support. Proactively address the customer group to enhance product knowledge and loyalty. Create product presentations. Process inquiries and gather feedback.
Collaborate with support, finance, content services, marketing, and product teams. Identify up- and cross-selling opportunities.
Requirements:
- Strong written and oral English and German (B2+, C1, C2).
- 1-3 years experience in customer success, account management, or equivalent with substantial customer interaction.
- Professional demeanor, active listening skills, and customer understanding.
- Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
- Independent work style, strong problem-solving skills.
