Job Details
Customer Success Associate (CSA) Responsibilities:
- Drive post-sales journey for accounts (adoption, expansion, advocacy, renewal).
- Manage a large volume of accounts (over 250, $10k-$30k).
- Process renewals in SFDC and support add-on services/product changes.
- Meet price increase targets.
- Manage at-risk accounts, collaborate with internal teams for customer support.
- Handle inbound customer inquiries.
- Present product value, manage objections to mitigate churn.
- Support customer nurture activities & campaigns.
- Respond to customer surveys and route to appropriate departments.
- Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities and collaborate with Sales.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or related field.
- 1+ years of software experience preferred.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Experience with renewals/negotiations.
- Strong communication and presentation skills (email/phone).
- Understanding of customer needs and product value.
- Proactive problem-solving and solution-oriented mindset.
