Full-Time Customer Success Associate

Customer Success Associate (CSA) Responsibilities:

• Drive post-sales journey for accounts (adoption, expansion, advocacy, renewal).
• Manage a large volume of accounts (over 250, $10k-$30k).
• Process renewals in SFDC and support add-on services/product changes.
• Meet price increase targets.
• Manage at-risk accounts, collaborate with internal teams for customer support.
• Handle inbound customer inquiries.
• Present product value, manage objections to mitigate churn.
• Support customer nurture activities & campaigns.
• Respond to customer surveys and route to appropriate departments.
• Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities and collaborate with Sales.

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or related field.
• 1+ years of software experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience with renewals/negotiations.
• Strong communication and presentation skills (email/phone).
• Understanding of customer needs and product value.
• Proactive problem-solving and solution-oriented mindset.
